Police arrest a man for publishing false information-second suspect on the run

The Ghana Police Service, with technical support from the National Signals Bureau (NSB), has arrested Samuel Amadotor following a complaint lodged by Okatakye Boakye Danquah Ababio I over the malicious publication of false information about him.

According to Police sources, the suspect admitted to the offence during interrogation and identified one Chairman Michael Yeboah as the individual who allegedly contracted him to carry out the false publication. Police say efforts are underway to trace and arrest Michael Yeboah to assist with investigations.

The suspect, Samuel Amadotor, is currently in custody and is expected to be arraigned before the court on Thursday, 21st November 2025.
